I have been collecting books since August 2005 for the Gulf Storm library victims once I discovered that so many books were destroyed.
A Flood of Books.com is looking for any types of books for the adults and children who are at the shelters and have nothing to do and the Gulf State libraries that got wiped off the map and I want to help refill their book shelves. Reading is about the most important thing to me in the world. Next to a glass of milk and some Oreo cookies, a book is perfect. I hope by starting a drive here in Orlando, book lovers every where in the country will help me fill the shelves. I am also looking for a trucking company to help me take the books to the Gulf States. I really hope too Oreo cookies can send down a case of cookies so the kids can see what I mean. Books take you to the best places. The only thing I hate about reading is that a book has to end sometime. Please help me by spreading the word about my book drive.
